RTT DeltaGen, the basic tool of the RTT Software, is a professional tool preparing and editing bulky 3D CAD data for virtual reality resp. realtime visualization applications. In addition to the data conversion, which can be handled about 80 per cent more efficiently and with qualitatively better results by the help of the tool, RTT DeltaGen offers the complete functionality for the definition and rendering of complex VR scenes meanwhile. This happens by the help of several features which enable a highly realistic presentation of 3D products in realtime.

Thus, the usual workflow can be subdivided into three steps:

• Data Import and Preparation
• Scene Definition
• Rendering / Viewing

The Benefits of JT and the JT Open Program

As a member of the JT Open Program, we can use a library and do not have to decode the format completely by ourselves. Therewith, we have relatively simply realized an import interface for RTT DeltaGen.
